A KfW 55 efficiency house is significantly more efficient than a comparable new building built to legal standards: it consumes only 55% of the primary energy of a reference building and the heat loss through the building envelope is no more than 70% of the limit value for new buildings.

Are there car parking spaces and bicycle parking spaces in the building?

Parking spaces in the basement (some electric vehicle charging stations) can be rented additionally in the building upon request. There is sufficient parking space for bicycles.

Is there a minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 21 months, after which the contract can be terminated with 3 months' notice.

Do the apartments have a basement?

The rental units include a basement room or, in some cases, an external storage room.

Are pets allowed?

Keeping pets is subject to prior approval and is only permitted with the prior consent of the owner. In addition, an agreement on keeping pets must be concluded.

Is insurance required?

When concluding a rental agreement, please provide us with proof of liability insurance.

How much is the deposit and are there any additional costs?

The deposit is 3 months' rent and is payable up to 3 days before moving in. There are no additional costs such as commission, etc..
